Sculpture Enlargements & Reductions
Brodin Bronze can create an enlargement of your piece in foam or as a 3D print up to a certain size or reduce the size of a large model to make miniature replicas of a larger scale item. We offer the latest in High-definition Printing to capture great detail in your finished piece.

Digital Sculpting

We utilize the latest software and talented sculptors to take your initial concept or idea and digitally sculpt the item to your specifications which can then be utilized in a number or ways depending on how you want it created. We can also take an existing file or scan you provide us to clean up the file or make adjustments to meet your liking prior to the creation process.

Polishing & Specialty Finishes
Brodin Bronze has an extensive experience is Polishing, Finishing, Texturing, Platting, Patina, Powder Coating and Sealers depending on the look you are trying to achieve with your piece.

3D Scanning & Printing
We have the ability to scan small desktop items to large items which we can provide the raw scan or clean the model so that is becomes as usable file for a variety of processes. We can print large scale items as a whole up to a certain size or extremely small scall all in very high detail. Turning your piece into a digital file provided many advantages from size creation, adjustments to the design, advertising and storing that original design.

CNC Foam Machining
Brodin Bronze can scale and cut your provided digital model or one we create for you at your desired scale whether you are utilizing the foam for clay sculpting or hard coating. We machine most of our foam from Blue XPS which is best for clay sculpting but we can machine from white EPS as well. We can send your foam sculpture in pieces are assembled in sections or as a whole.

Traditional Clay Sculpting
Brodin Bronze's talented artist can hand sculpt your piece from scratch or assist in adjustments your existing work in a variety clays.

Lost Wax Bronze, Brass and Aluminum Casting
The majority of our casting is in Silicon Bronze, but we do cast some brass and aluminum alloys as well. Our castings are lost wax Investment shell. We can also shell and cast directly from a 3D printed part provided it is a suitable material.

Brodin Bronze has extensive experience in fabrication of a variety of metals from waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, welding, grinding bending, finishing.
